Event

Wine Chemistry Workshop - NY

Presenter - Dominic Martin graduated in 1978 from the University of California at Davis with a Bachelor’s degree in Fermentation Science and has been making wine or teaching about the making of wine ever since. He has had the chance to work for small wineries and large in California, the Midwest, and New York. Consequently, he has had the chance to guide judiciously hundreds of wines to the bottle and help hundreds of other winemakers do the same. He knows that it is always better to not make a flawed wine in the first place! He is a pragmatist intent upon always higher wine quality, and he sprinkles his presentation with self-deprecatory humor.
