Overview of Traditional Method Sparkling Wine Production, Base Wine Preparation, and Style Options for Cold Climate Varietals

UW-Madison announces a three session workshop series covering the traditional method of sparkling wine production. The goal is to encourage sparkling wine production from cold climate varietals. Interested in adding sparkling wine to your portfolio? Now is your chance.

Interested participants can access the classes in three different ways: 

On Site at the Pyle Center, UW-Madison

This option includes the opportunity to have questions answered directly and participate in a tasting of sparkling wines. Fee: $53.74


The workshop will be webcasted live. Webcast users will be able to ask questions online. There will be periodic breaks during the presentations to answer questions from webcast participants. Fee: $43.19

Unable to attend or watch the presentation live? No problem. The workshop will be recorded and available for viewing at your convenience. Fee: $43.19
