VESTA is honored to join Cooperages 1912 to offer the opportunity for a behind the scenes tour of oak science! Join us for a two-day event from forest to barrel in the heart of Missouri!
Transportation:
A 35 passenger Fisk Coach will be the shuttle service for the duration of the tour. You will park and leave your car at one of the parking lots depending on your departure preference.
Option A: Meet at Missouri State University, Park-and-Ride on the SE corner of Cherry and Kimbrough; Sunday, May 20th at 11:00a.m. Free parking passes will be distributed. Join MSU 15 passenger van. Return Tuesday, May 22 approximately 4p.m.
Option B: Meet at Hampton Inn Lebanon on Sunday, May 20th 1p.m. Park your car for free and join Fisk Passenger Coach, travel to St Louis. Depart at conclusion of workshop, Tuesday May 22, 2:15p.m.
Option C: Meet at St Louis Airport Marriott Sunday evening or Monday 7a.m. Park your car ($12/day) and join Fisk Passenger Coach. Return Tuesday, May 22 approximately 5p.m.

What to Wear: Due to the hands-on nature of the tours, we recommend well-worn clothing and closed-toe shoes. Jeans are suggested. Be prepared for fluctuating Missouri weather (average high is 80º and average low is 50º).
What to Expect Physically: A few stairs, extensive walking, uneven ground in the forest demonstration, Fisk Passenger Coach loading and unloading.
Cost: $200 registration fee includes World Cooperage Two-Day tour, some meals and Fisk Coach Transportation. Attendees are responsible for travel expenses.
