CONTINUING EDUCATION STUDENTS:
Complete the
VESTA Joint
Admission Application/Registration form and mail or fax
to the VESTA Program Office. This form will need to be
completed each semester the student in which they enroll in VESTA
courses.

DEGREE SEEKING STUDENTS
If you desire to earn a VESTA Certificate or Associate of
Applied Science (AAS) degree, you will need to select a Home
Institution from the Alliance member schools. Your Home
Institution is the institution that will issue your certificate or
degree. You will indicate that institution on your Common
Admission Application/Registration form.
It is necessary for degree seeking students to
supply additional information to the Home Institution. Fax
the completed form(s) along with
your Joint Admission Application/Registration form to the VESTA
Director.

Admission Application/Registration form - To be
completed by all VESTA students each semester in which they
enroll in VESTA courses.
Report of High School Core Curriculum Courses - To be
completed if you are still in high school or under the age of 22
with less than 24 hours of transferable credit after high school
graduation.
College/University Report Form - To be completed if you
are presently enrolled or have at any time in the past been
enrolled in a college or university.

STUDENTS
Upon your admission and registration,
you will be billed by the course delivering
institution. All payments are made directly to the course
delivering institution; NO PAYMENTS ARE TO BE MADE TO THE VESTA
OFFICE.
