Redlands Community College is located in El Reno, Oklahoma – a community of 16,000. With courses from accounting to nursing and zoology, Redlands offers degree programs that serve both rural and urban students. Redlands’ Agriculture Applied Research and Education Center has been designated as a Program of Excellence by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education. This designation and funding award will be used to prepare agriculture students and producers for lifelong learning in today’s high technology environment. The college has a large presence from the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribe, which is located 8 miles north in Concho, Oklahoma. Through the support of Oklahoma voters, Redlands just completed construction of a $3.5 million science complex.  VESTA's Wine Chemistry Workshop will have the honor of being one of the first groups to use this spectacular new facility.

The VESTA program offers a course of study that leads to a Certificate or Associate of Applied Science Degree in Viticulture or Enology and is offered through Missouri State - West Plains.
 

Directions:

El Reno is located 25 miles west of Oklahoma City on I-40. Take Exit 123 (Country Club Road) and go one-half mile North. The Redlands Community College campus is located on the west side of Country Club Road.

Dining

Redlands will serve coffee, bagels and fruit for breakfast and morning break. For Friday, lunch of sandwiches, chips, cookies and beverages will be provided. Then Friday evening, we’ll have dinner together at a local restaurant with the meal at each individuals own expense.
